Welcome to the Weekly Bu website. These terms govern your use of our website during its pre-launch phase.

By using this website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

Cookies: The Weekly Bu website itself does not set first-party cookies. Third-party services integrated into the site (listed below) may use cookies, local storage, or similar technologies on your device when you visit or use certain features. Those technologies are controlled by the respective providers and are subject to their terms and privacy policies.

Essential security vs optional measurement & diagnostics: Where Google reCAPTCHA Enterprise is enabled, it is strictly necessary for protected interactions—contact, newsletter, and similar forms cannot complete successfully without passing reCAPTCHA. Google Analytics / Google Tag is a separate, optional integration for aggregate traffic measurement (subject to our cookie preferences where applicable). Error monitoring (Sentry) is also not required for the website to function; where we load it in your browser, it is optional and subject to cookie preferences. Sentry may process technical data and, depending on what happens on a page and our configuration, personal or otherwise identifiable information (for example details visible in session replay or attached to error reports)—see our Privacy Policy for detail.

Data Collection: The personal data we collect directly from you today is through our contact form and newsletter—in those cases you knowingly provide your information to us. We are grateful for these interactions and the trust you place in us. Simply browsing the site involves technical data handled by our hosting provider. Optional browser integrations (for example Google Analytics and Sentry when enabled in your cookie choices) may process additional data as described below and in our Privacy Policy; Sentry in particular is not required for the site to run and may, in some cases, involve personal or on-page data.

Third-party services: We rely on independent providers to host the site, deliver email, measure aggregate usage, prevent abuse, monitor errors and performance, and load typography. Each may process data (including technical or personal data you submit through forms) according to its own agreements and policies:

• Vercel — hosting and delivery of this website; may process requests, networking metadata, and related logs as part of providing infrastructure.
• Brevo— email delivery and related tooling when you subscribe to our newsletter or contact us; messages (including your name, email address, and message content where applicable) are transmitted through Brevo's systems.
• Google (Analytics / Google Tag) — we load Google's measurement scripts (for example via Google Tag / gtag.js) to understand aggregate traffic and how pages are used. Google's Privacy Policy and Terms of Service apply.
• Google reCAPTCHA Enterprise — used to protect forms from spam and automated abuse; Google's scripts may run in your browser and assessment data may be processed by Google. This site is protected by reCAPTCHA and the Google Privacy Policy and Terms of Service apply.
• Google Fonts— we use Google's font service (via our site's integration) so typography can load from Google's infrastructure when you visit pages.
• Google Cloud— our servers use Google's reCAPTCHA Enterprise API to verify tokens when forms are submitted, which involves sending data to Google's cloud services for that security check.
• Sentry (Functional Software, Inc.) — we use Sentry to collect error reports, performance traces, and (where enabled) session replays from this website and related web APIs so we can diagnose failures and improve stability. Sentry is optional for using the site; browser-side Sentry is loaded only when you agree via cookie preferences (see our Privacy Policy). Our servers may still send error events to Sentry independently of that browser preference when Sentry is enabled for the deployment. Processing may include personal data (for example on-screen content in replay or context attached to errors). Sentry's Privacy Policy applies to its processing.

Data sharing & processors: We do not sell your personal data. Limited information is shared with or processed by the third parties above only as needed to operate the website and the features you choose to use (for example, routing a newsletter signup through Brevo or validating a form with Google). Their processing is governed by their respective policies.

Analytics: Analytics are used to understand aggregate website usage (such as page views and navigation patterns) and to improve our service. We do not use analytics to intrude into how partners interact with each other.

Infrastructure note: We do not currently operate our own databases for personal data collected through this marketing website as described here.
