At Weekly Bu, we are committed to transparency and user privacy. We believe that your relationship is a sacred space, and our data practices reflect that.

Personal Data (this website): The personal data we collect here is what you explicitly choose to share:

• Newsletter sign-up: If you subscribe, we collect your email address and name solely to send you updates about Weekly Bu.
• Contact form: If you use our contact form, we collect your name, email address, the topic you choose, and your message content so we can respond and provide support.

We will not collect this information through these forms unless you choose to submit them.

Website analytics: We use Google Analyticsthrough Google's measurement scripts (for example gtag.js / Google Tag) to understand aggregate traffic—such as which pages are viewed and general navigation patterns—to improve the site. We do notuse website analytics to infer how partners interact with each other in the product. Google's Privacy Policy and Terms of Service apply.

Error monitoring & diagnostics (Sentry): We use Functional Software, Inc. (Sentry) on this website and our related web APIs to detect crashes, collect error reports and performance traces, and improve reliability. Sentry is not required for the website to work—it is optional tooling for our team to diagnose issues. Depending on configuration and what occurs on a page, processing may relate to personal data: for example technical data (browser type, device type, general location derived from network data, URLs, and similar diagnostics), details attached to an error or breadcrumb, and—where enabled—Session Replay, which can capture a visual-style reconstruction of how you used the page and may show text or UI state visible on screen (similar to a screen recording of the page). Sentry's processing is described in their Privacy Policy. In your browser, we load the Sentry SDK (including replay where configured) only if you enable Error monitoring in our cookie preferences (the same preference also clears Sentry storage when you turn it off). That preference is separate from Google Analytics. Separately, when Sentry is enabled for our deployment, our servers and edge runtime may still send error and diagnostic events to Sentry for requests they handle—those paths do not use your website cookie choices; they depend on our server configuration and what data appear in a failing request or log context.

Cookies & similar technologies: The Weekly Bu website does not set its own first-party cookies. Third-party services we integrate may use cookies, local storage, pixels, or similar technologies on your device.

• Strictly necessary / security (reCAPTCHA): When enabled, Google reCAPTCHA Enterprise helps block spam and abuse on our forms. It may rely on cookies or similar mechanisms controlled by Google. This site is protected by reCAPTCHAand Google's Privacy Policy and Terms of Service apply. If reCAPTCHA is enabled, protected forms (such as contact or newsletter) cannot complete successfully without passing this check—there is no meaningful way to offer those submissions without this verification.
• Analytics:Google Analytics / Tag may use cookies or comparable identifiers for measurement as described in Google's policies. This category is distinct from reCAPTCHA; you may use a consent tool to gate analytics where required by law (see also our Website Terms & Conditions).
• Error monitoring (Sentry):Not required for the site to run. When you opt in via cookie preferences, Sentry's browser SDK may use cookies, local storage, or similar technologies. That processing supports reliability and debugging (not marketing analytics) and, as described above, may involve personal data depending on what appears on the page or is captured in an error or replay.
• Fonts: We load typography via Google Fonts; Google may process technical data associated with delivering font files.

Infrastructure & third-party processors: To operate this website we use:

• Vercel — hosting and delivery; may process requests and related logs.
• Brevo — sending and managing emails when you subscribe or contact us.
• Google (Analytics / Tag) — aggregate website measurement (links above).
• Google reCAPTCHA Enterprise — browser script plus server-side verification via Google Cloud when forms are submitted (links above).
• Google Fonts— font delivery through our site's integration.
• Sentry (Functional Software, Inc.) — optional error reporting, performance monitoring, and session replay for this site and related APIs; not required for you to use the site. May process technical data and, depending on events and configuration, data that identifies or concerns you (for example replay of on-page content); see their Privacy Policy.

We do not sell your personal data. Processing by these providers is limited to what is needed to run the site and the features you use, and is governed by their respective policies.

Databases:We do not operate our own databases for storing the marketing-site submissions described above beyond what our processors retain for delivery, security, and compliance; check-in content from the mobile app stays on users' devices except where the App Privacy Policy describes limited server processing (for example calendar-invite email).
